Nonbreaking spaces are all-too-often inadvertently inserted into TinyMCE rich-text content, which can cause awkward and unintended line breaks within paragraphs. These few lines of code annihilate the issue, on the frontend, by replacing nonbreaking spaces with normal, word, spacebar spaces:

is the UTF-8-encoded nonbreaking space character (which resides in a WordPress database and is manipulable here).
